Please ensure we can reach a garden tap so we can connect our hose for fresh, clean water throughout the groom.

⚡ 2. Provide an Electrical Plug Point

We need access to a plug point in your garage or close to where we park.

If your power is out, no worries — our generator keeps everything running.

🪥 3. Have Your Pet’s Toothbrush Ready

For hygiene and safety, clients must provide their own toothbrush for the teeth‑cleaning portion of the groom.

If you don’t have one, you can request for a toothbrush to be added.

🧴 4. One Towel Per Dog

Please have one towel per dog ready for hand‑drying before we blow‑dry.

If you don’t have a towel, you’re welcome to purchase a pet towel from us.

🐶 5. Secure Your Pet Before We Arrive

For everyone’s safety, please keep your dog indoors or on a leash until we collect them for grooming.

This helps prevent excitement‑related escapes or accidents.

🚗 6. Clear a Parking Space

Kindly ensure there is enough space for our Elite Royal Mobile to park close to your home for easy access to water and electricity.

 Yes! We offer gentle mobile grooming for cats, tailored to their unique needs and temperament. Whether your feline prefers a quiet touch or a full pampering session, we provide calm, cage-free care in the comfort of your home. 

 Yes — absolutely. Grooming should not be reduced during winter.

A healthy, well‑maintained coat is essential for temperature regulation. When the coat is clean, brushed, and free of knots, it can do its job properly:

• keeping your dog cool in summer

• keeping your dog warm and insulated in winter

If the coat becomes matted or unkempt, it traps moisture, loses insulation, and can actually make your dog colder.

At Royal R Us, your pet stays warm and comfortable throughout their groom.

Our Elite Royal Mobile is equipped with:

• a gas geyser for continuous warm water

• warm‑air dryers to keep your pet cosy

It’s often warmer inside our grooming van than outside during winter.

Our groomers are trained in gentle‑handling techniques, including Tellington TTouch–inspired calming methods, to help nervous or fearful dogs feel safe and supported.

We move slowly, speak softly, and allow your dog to set the pace.

We groom in rain, cold, and windy days — the only exception is heavy thunder, as this can frighten pets and affect equipment safety.

Inside the van, your pet stays warm and comfortable throughout their groom.
